The short bristles on the top are designed to clean under the nails while the longer bristles are for massaging the cuticle and exfoliating the hands. Use Hydrea London Cactus Bristles Nail Brush with soapy water and rub in a circular motion. Rinse the brush thoroughly after use and allow to air dry naturally with bristles facing downwards.
